You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Free and Pro Plans

The Free plan includes 5 AI operations per month. The Pro plan offers unlimited AI operations at $4.99/month, billed monthly. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of the resume content you create. AICVBuilder retains ownership of the platform, technology, and AI systems used to generate suggestions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to create false or misleading resumes, violate any laws, or attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

AICVBuilder is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement or interview success. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
